Dryanovo municipality is situated in the central part of the Fore Balkan region, which is characterized with striking diversity of relief forms whose altitude varies from 180 to 640m above sea level. The picturesque mountain slopes are covered with mixed broad-leaved forests. Between their hills and rocks the rivers Yantra and Dryanovska are floating. The climate of the region is mild continental and it is highly favourable for recreation and tourism during all seasons.
